The Fisher-Merritts have 200 total acres certified organic since 1990. They feel very fortunate that 2 of their sons want to farm with them. Farming a huge variety of vegetables on 15 of the 200 acres of farm that has been certified organic since 1990, the Fisher-Merritts feel that Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is the key to their farming success. Among their many talents, they have experience with greenhouses, extended crop rotation, and root cellaring. They feel a strong tie to the earth, and a responsibility to care for her well.

Mark and Wendy Lange have an 80 acre certified organic farm on which they grow corn, soybeans, and wheat. They also produce OMEGA-3 eggs, and South African Boer Goats, but have not certified them yet. They have a certified organic flour mill and grind whole wheat flour, wheat products, ground flax, cornmeal, and white whole wheat flour. The Langes believe in sustainable agriculture and bringing back the small family farm through diversity.

The Olunds farm 12,000 square feet of greenhouse space and 1 acre of flower beds. They have been certified organic for 12 years and are located in superior National Forest. They have more than 23 years of experience with solar greenhouse production and cold climate growing. They specialize in and fresh and dried cut flowers, and greenhouse vegetable production. They market to local food coops and restaurants.
