Earthrise Farm Foundation in Madison, Minnesota is looking for several Farm Interns for the 2008 growing season. We welcome those who would like to learn more about sustainable agriculture, combining intellectual knowledge, hands-on experience and good hard work. An internship at Earthrise offers the opportunity to explore: * Simple and holistic living * Garden and farm planning * Organic food production * Greenhouse operation * Soils and fertility * Composting * Marketing * Educational programming with local schools * Food preservation and canning * Cooking and baking * Poultry tending

Season: End of April through early October (negotiable) Workweek: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (varies with season) Provisions: Housing, garden produce, basic groceries and a weekly stipend
